These rules apply to Learmara Guest House and Learmara Apartments. By completing a booking, the lead guest agrees to follow them and ensure everyone in their group does the same.

No smoking indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms, apartments or shared indoor areas. Please use only a permitted outdoor area.

No parties or events
Parties, events and unregistered gatherings are not permitted without Learmara’s prior written approval.

Quiet hours: 21:00–08:00
Keep voices, music and devices quiet during these hours so other guests and our neighbours can rest.

Pets by prior approval only
Pets are not accepted unless Learmara has explicitly approved an exception before arrival.

Respect the property
Please treat furniture, linens, appliances and shared spaces with care. Report accidental damage promptly so we can help.

Registered guests only
Do not exceed the accommodation’s stated occupancy. Overnight visitors must be agreed with Learmara and registered when required.

Keep keys secure
Do not share keys or access details. Return all keys as agreed at departure; replacement costs may apply to lost keys.

Follow confirmed arrival and departure times
Arrival and departure times are requests until Learmara confirms them. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may cost extra.
