Life changes. Our cancellation policy is transparent and generous within reason.
1. Flexible rate
Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in for a full refund of your deposit and online extras. Within 48 hours or for a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable rate
This discounted rate is paid in full and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Date changes
Flexible-rate dates can be changed without a fee, subject to availability, when requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
4. Exceptional circumstances
Contact us if illness, travel restrictions, or closed borders affect your trip. We consider each case fairly.
5. How to cancel
Reply to your confirmation email or email info@learmara.com. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7 business days.
