Life changes. Our cancellation policy is transparent and generous within reason.
1. Free cancellation window
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your check-in date are fully refunded — including the deposit. No fees, no questions.
2. Partial refund window
Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. The remainder is retained to cover the held reservation.
3. Non-refundable window
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
4. Modifications
Date changes are free of charge subject to availability if requested at least 14 days before check-in. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email to modify your booking.
5. Force majeure
In case of exceptional circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, closed borders) we work individually with each guest — please reach out and we will find a fair solution.
6. How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email, or write to info@learmara.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
