What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?

Yes — a traditional Uzbek breakfast is served every morning in our courtyard or in your apartment, included in the nightly rate for the Guest House rooms.
Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we can arrange a private chauffeur to and from Samarkand International Airport. Please request when booking.
How do I pay? Is a deposit required?

You can pay online with card (secured by Stripe) or by bank transfer. A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is settled on arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Between 14 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Within 48 hours of check-in the deposit is non-refundable.
Do you accept children and families?

Yes — our apartments are ideal for families. Extra beds and cots are available on request in most rooms.
Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi covers every room, apartment and the courtyard.
How close are you to the Registan?
