What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. We arrange private transfers to and from Samarkand International Airport. Request one while booking or send us your arrival details.
How do I pay? Is a deposit required?

Choose a flexible 20% deposit or a discounted non-refundable full-payment rate.
What is your cancellation policy?

The flexible rate is refundable until 48 hours before check-in. The non-refundable rate cannot be refunded.
How do I contact you before arrival?

Do you accept children and families?

Yes. Our apartments are especially suitable for families. Ask us about the best room or apartment for your group.
